Dusting off his flannel and picking up the shears, Kem, the nephew of legendary hop farmers Bruce and Betty Eggers, is continuing their hop legacy with this late pick Riwaka variant - Eggers Special - which is showcased in this West Coast corker. This is the second in a trio of releases showcasing the Eggers Special hop variety across a range of beer styles so keep an eye out for the finale coming soon.
