Louis Roque stands among the great producers of plum brandy, working with three varieties: Ente, Mirabelle, and Reine-Claude. Each batch is double distilled in traditional bain-marie pot stills and then aged for 4–5 years in oak casks, allowing the spirit to develop remarkable depth and character.
