Grapes: 85% Syrah, 15% Grenache.
Pleasant and complex bouquet where woody, lightly roasted scents mingle with aromas of red fruits and liquorice.
The aromas of cherry and blackcurrant are very present on the palate. The still firm tannins of the wine are softened by the silky and coated tannins of the wood. The licorice taste reinforces the overall impression of freshness.
Aged in oak barrels for 12 months.
It is the perfect wine to accompany big game, red meats with wine sauces.
