Rustenberg Stellenbosch Cabernet Sauvignon shows typical flavour and aroma profiles of dark berries and tobacco with a well-structured and lengthy palate. Although this wine spent 16 months on oak, only 10% of it was new and the result is a fleshiness and a touch of sweet spice rather than vanilla and smoke.
