The wine appears pale yellow with expressive tropical fruit, fetching green fruit, some minerality with hints of fresh grass on the nose. The palate is upfront and clean with zingy passionfruit, crisp grapefruit with subtle citrus, finishing dry and full with freshly cut grass, accompanied with undertones of gooseberry and tangerine. Best served with seafood, light chicken dishes, salads and goats cheese. Chill well if so required and consume young 1-2 years.
